WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AN ASSISTED STRETCH?
Assisted stretch is a rejuvenating practice where a trained practitioner guides your body through customized stretches to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and promote relaxation.
Inspired by Thai massage, an ancient healing art, assisted stretch incorporates passive stretching, yoga-like movements, and acupressure to improve energy flow and mobility.
Unlike traditional massage, it focuses on dynamic stretching without oils, performed on a mat or table, with the practitioner using their hands, elbows, or feet to assist your movements.
Improved Circulation: Boosts blood flow, aiding recovery and overall wellness.
Stress Relief: Promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety through mindful stretching.
Pain Reduction: Eases chronic pain, including back pain and headaches, by improving alignment.

The therapist uses a series of stretching techniques that are similar to yoga postures. It has been compared to doing yoga without the effort while receiving acupressure treatment. Thai massage relieves tension, especially on the back, it helps tight joints and eases muscle stiffness.

What is Red Light Therapy?
Red Light Therapy is a safe, and effective alternative health practice using a laser to emit low level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light into the body; essentially recharging your cells through systemic effect (activating cells that travel throughout the body via the blood system) to allow the body to heal itself from the inside out.
In a modern age where many of us suffer from light deficiency due to increased time spent indoors, excessive use of electronic devices emitting damaging blue light emissions, and harmful pollution blocking the energizing rays of the sun, Red Light Therapy is proven to be a non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive treatment option for a variety of different conditions, including:
Chronic pain
Depression, stress and anxiety
PTSD
Addiction recovery
Joint inflammation
Rheumatoid arthritis
Fibromyalgia
Migraine and headaches
Irritable bowel syndrome
Tendonitis
