Traditional Thai Massage
With all the benefits of a regular massage, Thai massage adds the element of fascial stretch therapy, enabling us to get into your muscles deeper and mobilize your joints at the same time!
The practitioner uses his or her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking, joint and spine mobilizations, fascial stretch therapy, and assisted yoga stretches. With the therapist using bodyweight instead of strength and a steady and meditative rhythm, Thai massage looks and feels like a graceful dance between the giver and receiver.
Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. Loose clothing is provided to accommodate the stretching.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to enjoy a cup of organic Lemongrass tea! Note that we provide a FULL 60, 90, and 120-minute massage. An extra 10 minutes is added to your default booking times to allow for changing.
A receipt is available for all services.
Senior Practitioner
Our Senior Practitioners come from a variety of different schools of Thai massage, both here and in Thailand. They have a minimum of two years of consistent practice in this modality and have taken many advanced courses to hone their craft even further.
Practitioner
Have completed the requirements of Level 1 & Level 2 ITM training through Thai Massage YQR and attended further internal Workshops or have the equivalent training from other schools. Though not as experienced as our Senior Practitioners, they have completed many hours of practice with us. They won't cost as much either! We rate them as "top-notch" and hope you will too!
Apprentices (non-RMT)
Our graduates have a lot more training under their belts through some of the stand-alone Workshops we offer, but could still do with more practice. They are ready to give you all they have and from their hearts and it won't hurt your pocketbook either! Please note that Students and Apprentices are only available for the Thai Massage service.
Students (non-RMT)
We pride ourselves on the quality of training we provide at our school. Once a student has completed the required number of case studies and practices for Level 1 & 2, we assess their skills and allow them to provide massages to the public under the Natural Health Care Practitioners of Canada. Help a student on their journey to becoming a permanent member of our team and book with one today. Check back often as we run courses throughout the year and have new students all the time! Please note that Students and Apprentices are only available for the Traditional Thai Massage service.

You will be required to enter your Credit Card information including a Postal Code to request and hold your booking. We will respond to your request as soon as possible (under 12 hours). Your Credit Card will be used to reserve your booking only in accordance with our Cancellation & Late Policies.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations/No Shows - Single Bookings, Couples or Groups
You may cancel your appointment or reschedule without charge up to 48 hours preceding your appointment. Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge to the Credit Card and 100% will be charged for cancellations on the day of service.
Cancellation Policies - Level 1 & 2 &Workshops
We pride ourselves on our small, intimate Level 1 & 2 Courses and Workshops. As we need a minimum of 2 participants, the full rate for our courses and Workshops must be paid in 1 month in advance and is non-refundable 2 weeks prior to commencement.
