Thai Massage is an ancient eastern approach to manual therapy and is traditionally done while you are fully clothed on a mat on the ground. It is an active treatment that combines yoga and pressure points in a series of assisted stretches and twists. The Practitioner uses a combination of accupression, compression and joint mobilization.

What should I wear to a Thai Massage?

Anything you would wear to a Yoga Class is perfect. Please ensure you can move freely in and out of stretches.
